The sorghum broom is a work tool for cleaning the various surfaces and spaces, normally on the floor, an object that was never lacking in rural families of the past precisely because it was assembled with materials from our countryside.
Luigi Franzoni is an expert and collector of typical farming tools and implements. In this video, he shows us how a broom can still be made today from sorghum grown in our countryside by assembling it with a manual machine created specifically for this type of processing.
